Prairie Style Residence - Renovation
The renovation of this existing home was thorough but thoughtful. The primary exterior revisions consisted of altering an existing A-frame inspired roof line, and adding two new porches. Much of the remaining low-slung form of the 1970s structure was otherwise retained. A refined Prairie Style vocabulary was used extensively to craft every detail of the dwelling's new and dramatic architectural identity. The result was a profound transformation of the home's architectural character and feel.
