The design concept for the exterior of this new four-unit condominium cluster was influenced by the vocabulary of the Queen Anne architectural style, in tribute to several neighboring 120 year old houses of the same stylistic genre. While contextualism was paramount with respect to the surrounding historic district, the interiors of these new homes were designed to be much more contemporary in their spatial quality and flow, and to possess a uniquely engaging traditional flavor derived from their graceful integration into the Queen Anne bays, dormers, and towers.
